The Essence of the Farm

Here you are invited to a truly memorable experience.

Our farm has existed for more than 100 years. It holds many secrets and hidden corners. We have found them. If you are lucky, you might too.
Without revealing too much, we promise an experience you will not find elsewhere. You will leave with a smile.

Our kitchen is rooted in the seasons and in vegetables from our own garden. Freshly harvested. Close to nature. Full of flavour.
We reinterpret classic dishes and combine traditional craftsmanship with curious, experimental tastes.
The menu includes fish, meat and green dishes. Always with respect for the ingredient and the season.

We begin at 6.30 pm.
The evening lasts approximately three hours.

Price per person 1295 DKK.

The price includes small bites with sparkling wine, a five course menu with carefully selected drinks, beautiful surroundings, 
elegant rooms, a conversation with the chef and an experience to remember for a lifetime.
