Smagen af Gaarden is our 3-course dinner in North Jutland, created for those who wish to enjoy a delicious meal in the peaceful
surroundings of our countryside restaurant.
Here, you get a taste of our kitchen and our approach to gastronomy, where vegetables from our own kitchen garden, whenever possible,
come together with seasonal fish, seafood and meat.
You will find us in Understed Bakker, between Sæby and Frederikshavn, surrounded by nature with our kitchen garden just outside the door.
We serve a seasonal 3-course menu, where the ingredients and time of year determine what arrives on your plate.
